Casinos are a lot like airports in that although the food choices are ancillary because people are primarily there for a different reason, there can really be some shining stars. This place is definitely one of them. I had the drunken udon noodles and some spicy dumplings and they were both absolutely delicious! Had I gone to a high-end noodle restaurant and had the same thing I would have been equally suppressed. Service was fast and friendly and prices weren't that bad.

Ever since Hard Rock opened, the service quality has still been disappointing. It’s rare to see staff fully attentive and professional while working. Something as simple as gently placing a glass of water on the table or properly welcoming guests seems to be missing. It does not reflect the casino brand experience they are trying to represent. Even after giving feedback to management, it feels like customer concerns are simply brushed off. There seems to be very little care for the overall guest experience.

I've been here 2 times an thats on me. Thinking they were having a bad day. But no they have the worst cooks. Each time the food came out horrible cold peas and carrots in the rice. And the 35 min wait isn't worth it. And 12 bucks for an inch long egg roll just crazy. This is at best a two star restaurant. Id rather eat the burnt taco meat i got at the taco place. I feel bad for the waitress they have to explain to customers why the food an service sucks..

Took a while to get waited on. My husband got his meal pretty quick but he was almost done eating before I got mine (fried rice). Everyone else in the restaurant had been served. My husband had BBQ pork rice bowl. He said it tasted good but there was a lot of fat on the pork. We may give it one more chance.

Amazing Food/Service!! This was my first time getting to enjoy a meal at the New Casino. From the time I walked up, I was greeted with a smile and managed to even get a seat right away. Natalie ended up perfectly guiding me through any questions I had...and it was her first day she said.(She nailed customer service though...Thank you!) I even ordered a couple different items to see what I would think of the food here. The Green Beans w/Fried Tofu were Absolutely Amazing to be honest...right there with the Fresh, Hot Shrimp/Pork Wok Fried Rice!! I will Definitely be a returning customer!
